BOMA Toronto

Guided by a shared set of principles, BOMA Toronto has built a solid foundation on its four pillars of strength: the BOMA Network, the BOMA Building, the BOMA Professional, and the BOMA Voice.

The primary responsibilities of the Board are divided into five key areas and include:  Strategic Planning, Risk Identification & Management, Management Effectiveness & Succession, Stakeholder Communication, and Internal Controls & Management Information Systems.

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Chief Staff Officer and his/her Staff are responsible for implementing the annual business plan and the day to day operations of the association.

Much of BOMA Toronto's important work is done by its volunteer committees. In addition to the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors, there are several committees focused on specific aspects of property management, building ownership, or association business.

The BOMA Toronto Annual Report provides members with a detailed look at the year in review.  The Report features highlight from the BOMA Network, the BOMA Building, the BOMA Professional, and the BOMA Voice.

Over 800 members, consisting of property management professionals, asset managers, development owners, corporate facility managers, leasing professionals, senior managers from all three levels of government, and a variety of companies that provide products or services to the commercial real estate industry.
