2013 Award Winners
On Thursday, April 25th 2013 BOMA Toronto celebrated building and management excellence at the 15th annual Awards dinner at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Toronto. With Dianne Buckner, Host of CBCs Dragon’s Den as the MC, approximately 500 real estate professionals recognized their peers and helped celebrate excellence.

2012 Annual Report
BOMA Toronto has made a number of positive changes in the past few years, including better event venues, new events, as well as organizational and strategic changes aimed at enhancing member value. 2011 BBEER Report
BOMA Canada announced the release
of its third annual BOMA BESt Energy and Environmental Report (BBEER).
The 2011 BBEER represents BOMA Canada's ongoing commitment to
disseminate relevant and timely information related to the Canadian
commercial real estate industry's performance across a range of
environmental impact areas including energy, water, waste reduction and
site enhancement, indoor environment, emissions and effluents, and
environmental management systems.

GTIME #2 Whitepaper Complete
Reports now available
GTIME #2 introduced many aspects of social media's emerging and powerful role to the complexity of what organizations, both public and private, must deal with in the event of a major city-wide incident. The Whitepaper for this event has now been completed by the committee and volunteers of GTIME 2, which outlines Exercise Scenarios , Analysis, and Recommendations that all aim to strengthen integration and understanding between the public and private sectors and also between business continuity, emergency management and facility management professionals.

BOMA Toronto is currently working with a group of senior management level members in forming the Association's first "Security Risk Management Advisory Council". The Advisory Council will be a voluntary group of Principal Members who specifically are Building Owner or Building Management representatives.
