BOMA Toronto regularly produces topical seminars, forums and courses, either in a stand-alone format or in conjunction with other meetings and events. Many BOMA courses and BOMA-sponsored events qualify for BOMI Continuing Professional Development (CPD) designation credits.

Seminars

BOMA Toronto produces seminars and other forms of instruction, bringing together small groups of industry professionals to focus on particular topics or issues effecting the commercial real estate industry. Seminars can include ongoing dialogue with a seminar leader or instructor or a more formal presentation of research and often includes a portion encouraging active participation from attendees.

Forums

Energy & Environment Forum

The BOMA Toronto Energy & Environment Forum continues to be the primary focal point for annually updating our members on Energy & Environment issues that affect them directly. Sessions included distinguished industry leaders and senior panelists from the Ontario commercial property management industry.

Emergency Management Forum

Emergency Preparedness Planning has never been more critical to the safety and security of facilities than today, regardless of their size, location or industry. The BOMA Toronto Emergency Management Forum continues to be the primary focal point for annually updating our members on Emergency Management issues that affect them directly.

Courses

As well as offering accelerated studies leading to designations or certifications, BOMA Toronto offers a wide range of professional development courses designed to give you the opportunity to learn about current topics and issues related to the commercial real estate industry.
