$720 +GST (Initial Registration Fee $50)
Shall be individuals or companies whose offices are in the Greater Toronto Area and are actively involved in the ownership, trading or management of buildings in excess of 50,000 square feet.
Notes:
Membership is held by the individual named however owned by the member company. Membership cannot be transferred from one company to another;
Canadian Member-At-Large (BOMA International)
All Active members are registered as Canadian Members-At-Large and have full access to all BOMA International member privileges.
Application Process:
- Membership applications are reviewed by the BOMA Toronto Membership Committee on a monthly basis;
- Recommendations are presented to the Board of Directors for approval;
- Upon approval, members are notified in writing and invited to attend their first BOMA General Meeting as a guest of the Association. Here they are presented with their membership plaque, directory, pin and metal name tag. (Alternative arrangements for the delivery of the aforementioned may be requested)
