$1,350 +GST (Initial Registration Fee $50)

Shall be individuals or companies who supply goods or services, materials, equipment or systems to the real property industry or provide aprofessional or consulting service to the industry, as the Board may from time to time deem appropriate for the category.  Each Allied company will be limited to two membership places only.

Notes:
Membership is held by the individual named however owned by the member company. Membership cannot be transferred from one company to another;

OPTIONAL ($100US) Canadian Member-At-Large (BOMA International) Allied members are eligible to register as Canadian Members-At-Large to gain access to all BOMA International member privileges.

Application Process

Only one third of BOMA Toronto membership at any time can be Allied members. Historically, this has meant a waiting list in this category. The waiting period differs from time to time, so this should not discourage an applicant from applying.

In addition to the company information provided on the on-line application Allied members must within six weeks of their on-line application, provide letters of reference from two Active, Active Associate or Provincial members or if from another BOMA local, a letter of reference from the senior staff officer in that local. Should this not be received their on-line application will be deemed abandoned and removed from the BOMA Toronto database.

• Upon receipt of the aforementioned, Membership applications are reviewed by the BOMA Toronto Membership Committee on a monthly basis;
• Recommendations are presented to the Board of Directors for approval;
• Upon approval, members are notified in writing and invited to attend their first BOMA General Meeting as a guest of the Association. Here they are presented with their membership plaque, directory, pin and metal name tag. (Alternative arrangements for the delivery of the aforementioned may be requested)
