BOMA BEST® Awards

The BOMA BEST® Award is BOMA Toronto's opportunity to recognize buildings and their teams for excellence in environmental management in the real estate industry. Utilizing the scoring from the BOMA BEST® Program, awards are presented in the various building categories.

Recognition on the National Stage

The highest scoring building from each BOMA Local in each BOMA BEST asset class (e.g. the highest BOMA BEST score for office, light industrial, retail etc. for each Local association) will automatically be entered into the National BOMA BEST Awards presented during the National Awards Gala at BOMEX annually.

BOMA BEST® Certification

TO APPLY

Only BOMA BEST buildings verified between April 1, 2023 – March 31, 2024, will be considered for 2024 BOMA BEST® Award.

RECOGNITION

The winners will be presented with a trophy at the National Awards Gala during BOMEX annually.
The winners will be notified in advance and invited to attend the National Awards Gala during BOMEX (travel expenses are not included)
The winners may be acknowledged in post-event editorial/marketing initiatives.

BOMA Toronto promotes environmental building standards

BOMA BEST® is Canada’s largest environmental assessment and certification program for existing buildings with over 5,000 buildings obtaining a certification or recertification.

BOMA Canada has postponed the BOMA BEST® onsite building verification until further notice.
