CERTIFICATE OF EXCELLENCE AND BUILDING OF THE YEAR AWARDS
The
Building Owners and Managers Association of the Greater Toronto
Area celebrated building and management excellence at its 7th
annual awards dinner held April 14, 2005, at the Liberty Grand
Entertainment Complex. With Mark Dailey of Citytv as MC, close
to 500 real estate professionals recognized their peers at the
real estate event of the year. Guest Speaker, Gary Whitelaw, President
and CEO of Bentall Capital addressed the audience with his perspectives
on the industry prior to President Diana Osler-Zortea’s
presentation of the Association’s prestigious awards..
The awards program consists of the:
• “Certificate of Building
& Management Excellence”, recognizing quality in
buildings and their management teams.
• “Certificate of Environmental
Excellence” recognizing those buildings that have invested
significantly in environmental management.
• Building of the Year Award,
including
•
Industrial Building of the Year Award
• Shopping Centre of the Year Award
• TOBY or Toronto Office Building of the Year awards.
• “Pinnacle Award” recognizing
companies and individuals who have put customer service at the
forefront of their mission.
• Earth Award recognizing the
ultimate in environmental management.
• And the President's Award.
