Emerging Leaders Building Tour
Waterfront Innovation Centre

Built in 2022, the Waterfront Innovation Centre (WIC) is a new cutting-edge complex located on Toronto’s eastern waterfront. This 400,000 square foot beachfront office building is comprised of two buildings, with three distinct but interconnected components: The Exchange, The Hive, and The Nexus. Bridging the two buildings, The Nexus offers 16,270 square feet of communal collaboration space with four conference rooms and a variety of seating areas. The complex offers next-level amenities and floor-to-ceiling windows with unmatched lake views. WIC also features 24,747 square feet of retail space, including a 7,500-square-foot restaurant space at the entrance to Canada’s Sugar Beach. The complex represents the next evolution in commercial office development and will reinvent how employees work together in Toronto’s rapidly evolving creative and technology sectors.
