AODA is a law passed by the Ontario Government with the goal of developing a fully accessible province for persons with disabilities by 2025. AODA applies to both public and private sector organizations and the commercial real estate sector is no exception.

What are the risks for your business if you don't ensure AODA compliance & compliance with the Ontario Building Code's barrier free design PwD? Have a look at the latest statistics from Human Rights Tribunal for Ontario. 55% of ALL claims made to the Tribunal are related to a lack of a business’ accommodation for People with a Disability or PwD. Can your business afford this risk? How about the additional risk to your business' reputation in the marketplace via social media? Lastly, can your business afford financial penalties from the Accessibility Directorate of Ontario? If the answer is no, plan on attending our upcoming seminar on "What is new with the AODA in Ontario" for Building Owners, Building Managers, FM, IFMA, BOMA members and Architects.

Speaker: Jane Sleeth one of Canada's top experts in the field of human factor and accessible design.
