Resilience is the ability of people, systems and assets to cope and bounce back from shocks and stresses within acceptable bounds of disruption and loss, ideally coming back stronger than before. Commercial real estate stakeholders recognize that extreme weather events have increased in intensity and frequency is posing new risks to buildings and people, and is beginning to change how the building owners and managers mitigate and respond to these risks.  There are business and societal requirements for leadership to enhance resilience of the commercial real estate sector in Ontario to help ensure sustainability and prosperity.  How well are you prepared?
