A Candid Conversation : Emergency Planning and Cyber Preparedness, hosted by SRMAC Chair Roy Manias [Virtual Session]

 

Business is any major city is now faced with many disruptions, primarily driven by increased incidents of severe weather and natural disasters, protests, demonstrations and much more. In the first part of the session, City of Toronto Emergency Management will walk us through what businesses in the downtown core and beyond need to know about preparedness, the criticality of having a plan, and being emergency-ready.

 

The second part will be focused on cyber events directly impacting Canadian businesses., along with mitigation options, resources and the tools to combat identified threats. An expert from the Canadian Cyber Threat Exchange (CCTX) will share information on cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and risks in this collaborative forum exchanging best practices, techniques and insights.
