Breakfast with the Chief of Police, Myron Demkiw (Hybrid)
Hosted by the BOMA Toronto SRMAC (Security Risk Management Advisory Council) Group, join us for a candid and engaging conversation moderated by Roy Manias, Chair, SRMAC, Senior Director, Security and Life Safety, The Cadillac Fairview Corporation Limited with special Guest Myron Demkiw, Chief of Police, Toronto Police Service. Chief Demkiw was appointed to his current role in December 2022, and has served the City with TPS since 1990.
Chief Demkiw deeply understands the complex nature and dynamics of major cities like Toronto, and is committed to delivering police services that keep residents and the business communities safe while making sure his members have the tools they need to perform their duties effectively.
Chief Demkiw will present a State of the Nation overview from Toronto Police Service, and the candid conversation will cover the threat landscape, what to expect as we look to 2025, public safety, what will policing look like 12 to 24 months from now, how you can better protect your properties, how homelessness and safety issues are impacting tenants and much more. Join us and come prepared with your questions for the Chief!
