Use of Elevators in COVID-19 Times: Ensuring rider safety during ups and downs

September 10th | 1:00pm - 2:00pm

Vertical transportation devices are critical component of building operations, especially during the times of pandemic. How will physical distancing be maintained in elevators? How often will elevators be sanitized? With physical distancing policies in place, how long will I have to wait to get to my floor? How long will the lines for the elevators be? How will the physical distancing policies be enforced? As buildings are preparing to reopen, these are some of the questions that tenants may have. This session will provide information on how landlords are addressing these concerns and what measures are being taken to minimize potential risks and delays.
