Parking Operations in the Age of COVID-19: What can you expect to see?

Tuesday, October 6th | 1:00pm - 2:00pm

Out of concerns for transmission of COVID-19 in public transportation and car pools, it is expected that most people may choose to take their own vehicles to work. This may increase the demand for parking spaces and parking services in and outside buildings. This webinar will focus on technologies and touch-free services that are available and may be implemented to ensure health and safety and enhance the customer journey and user experience in parking garages. Business Intelligence platforms to better understand the current occupancy alongside traffic trends that help predict future demand, Parking Payment APP’s that give comfort to the consumer that the customer journey will truly be ‘Touchless’ are two of the subjects to be presented.
