BOMA Toronto's Mentorship program is designed to ensure our members from all backgrounds have access to mentorship, personal development, and networking opportunities. Mentorship is a rewarding way for our members to create meaningful connections between industry peers, partners and leaders.
In a one-to-one (1:1) relationship between an experienced individual (mentor) and an individual looking to develop their professional or individual growth (mentee), this structured program will provide the tools and support needed to ensure that both participants realize a positive developmental experience.
Cohort 2 of our Mentorship Program is ongoing for 2024.
