The 2024 race2reduce Commercial Real Estate Sustainability Trailblazers (CREST) Awards will honour participants from the race2reduce program that have demonstrated continual commitment to improve building performance and reduce emission.

Enter this year's CREST Awards! Entry submission deadline*: August 7, 2024
*To be eligible for the Emissions Reduction Leadership categories, register for the race2reduce and follow the steps required to link your Energy Star Portfolio Manager (ESPM) account to BOMA Toronto’s account. For those who already have an ESPM account, linking it to BOMA Toronto’s ESPM account is simple, yet critical!


For those not registered for the race2reduce register here and follow the steps required through Energy Star Portfolio Manager.

YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RECOGNITION

  • Buildings (or tenants) must provide read-only access by linking their Energy Star Portfolio Manager account to their race2reduce account in order to participate in the CREST Awards.

  • Candidates entering the Innovative Excellence, Collaborative Excellence and Climate Champion Award categories must submit their entry/entries via email to race2reduce Project Consultant, race2reduce@bomatoronto.org
