BOMA BEST® Awards

The BOMA BEST® Award is BOMA Toronto's opportunity to recognize buildings and their teams for excellence in environmental management in the real estate industry. Utilizing the scoring from the BOMA BEST® Program, awards are presented in the various building categories.

Recognition on the National Stage

NEW!

One BOMA BEST® Award winner, with the highest overall top scoring building is eligible to move on to the BOMA Canada National Awards, and if successful, move on to the BOMA International Awards.

BOMA BEST® certificate recipients are automatically entered into BOMA Toronto's annual BOMA BEST® Award program.

BOMA BEST® Certification

TO APPLY

BOMA BEST® buildings certified between April 1, 2022 and March 31, 2023 will be automatically considered for the 2023 BOMA BEST® Award.

RECOGNITION

The individuals and the company’s that they represent that have met the standard will be recognized at BOMA Toronto’s Annual Celebration of Excellence Gala.

BOMA Toronto promotes environmental building standards

BOMA BEST® is Canada’s largest environmental assessment and certification program for existing buildings with over 5,000 buildings obtaining a certification or recertification.

BOMA Canada has postponed the BOMA BEST® onsite building verification until further notice.
