The New Paradigm -  Business Continuity, Employee Resilience and Remote Work

Security and Risk Management Session (Virtual)

From a business continuity perspective, the 9 to 5 workday has changed over the last couple of years with many employees now working remotely, impacting, in many different ways, the sense of community within our organizations.

Business Continuity Planning (BCP) can be described as the process of identifying and re-establishing time-sensitive business activities to acceptable levels following a disaster or significant disruption to protect the corporate brand and safeguard the interests of employees and key stakeholders. BCP can be looked at through the frames of three related aspects; the business (including stakeholders and its activities), its security (including preparedness, response and mitigation) and its people (employees).

In today's session, our panel of experts will focus on the people required to restore the most time-sensitive processes and how to prepare and increase resilience in your employees to support, engage, and create a sense of community and well-being before and during a crisis.
