Four membership types are available that represent the network of professionals within the Commercial Real Estate Industry located in the GTA and beyond.

Principal Members

Individuals or companies who are actively involved in the ownership, trading or management of commercial real estate buildings in excess of 25,000 sq. ft.

Allied Members

Individual or companies who supply goods or services, materials, equipment or systems to the commercial real estate property industry or provide a professional or consulting service to the industry, as deemed appropriate.

Emerging Leaders

Individuals that are 35 years of age and under, employed by a commercial real estate property owner/manager firm. Emerging Leaders have access to all of the benefits of membership.

Affiliate Members

Individuals who are employed by an organization having an interest in BOMA's business and operations (academic, NGO, utility, policy maker), but who are not directly involved in the management of real estate or the sale of goods and services to the industry.

Student Members

BOMA Toronto’s student membership program is open to post-secondary students studying in a commercial real estate or related program. Student members have access to all 25+ BOMA Toronto events and education sessions.

BOMA Toronto members have the option to purchase a Canadian Member at Large (CMAL) membership with BOMA International. The member must be a member of BOMA Toronto, in good standing, to be eligible for this membership, which is available until March 15th of each calendar year. Interested in learning more?
